Due to the nature of these products, once opened or purchased we cannot accept returns or re-sale the products for health and safety reasons. We can only accept returns for refund or exchange with items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at: to alert us of the damage with applicable documentation or photos. Please include your order # and which product was damaged. Upon receipt and review of the supporting information we will ship out a replacement, when available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.


Lost or Stolen Packages:
Chicago Botanical Distributors LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, CBD LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
